Here is a call script to contact legislators about the terrible proposed Extended Producer Responsibility bills.

This script is modified from the recent Action Alert of the 4 Solid Waste Advisory Boards (SWAB) in NY City. (CAAN founder and Zero Waste Warren County convener Tracy Frisch testified at the ALL-SWAB NYC public hearing on Gov. Hochul’s EPR bill held on Feb. 2nd.) These NYC Solid Waste Advisory Boards are united in concern and opposition to these bills, as is Beyond Plastic and many other groups through the new statewide coalition called Countdown to Zero Waste New York.
